I stop agreeing around John. Anything after him just seems too ridiculously tall.
I mean Nepeta's only half Gamzee's height for crying out loud!!

Yeah it seems in most headcanons Karkat and Nepeta are the shortest and Gamzee is the tallest. Nepeta I can get because cats but Karkat being the shortest and Gamzee tallest confuses me somewhat - Karkat is the most human of the trolls so I personally think he'd be the average height for a human (like, middle ground between short and tall I guess). As for Gamzee... I have no idea where people got him being extremely tall comes from. (I personally see him the shortest of everyone.)

I seem to recall seeing Tall Gamzee around well before that though. Maybe on account of short murderers just not seeming all that imposing.
And yet his intro (page 3912) actually states this:
You like to practice on your ONE WHEEL DEVICE, which you are GOD AWFUL AT because your FEET DO NOT REACH THE PEDALS.
…I like to consider Equius short-ish as well, if only because approximately every single Hugequius ever looks like a bodybuilder aged 10+ sweeps rather than the kid he is.

I thought Gamzee sort of came from that lanky tall stoner stereotype initially, then sort of kept the height because of how intimidating he turned out to be later.
Btw, regarding Karkat, I'll say it again: short angry people are funny. In fact, there seems to be a trend where comically angry verbose characters tend to be on the shorter side in media.
I do wish we got some short Eqs and tall Neps more though.
