It's not her first language, I'd give her a bit of a break on it especially if you otherwise enjoy her work.

"English is my second language" is not an excuse for bad English.

But neither is "The English in this picture is bad" for an image to be completely ruined.

Different anon, but I'd definitely say "English is my second language" is a perfectly valid excuse for not having good English, considering a lot of people for whom English is a first language evidently have considerable difficulty -- and more to the point, English is one of the harder languages to learn.

This isn't very bad. I count 2 spots that could be improved. Both are by rose strangely enough.

English is a very difficult language, when you consider all the rules that need to be learned, and the sheer amount of exceptions those rules have.

And there is also the fact that native english speakers can often have even worse syntax than this.
