Unlike Keshastuck, fandomstuck is pretty personal to us.

The fans aren't writing about celebrities, they're writing about themselves and each other. So when something happens like, oh say, the Hetalia fandom being pale for the HS fandom, it's basically saying "this is how I feel about you."

which is pretty sweet if you ask me

I can't hate fandomstuck, if only because it got several people on tumblr I know who previously loathed the homestuck fandom (largely due to bullying from more petty segments of the fandom) to start making amends. There's a handful of mean-spirited stuff in fandomstuck (like that eridan!MLP picture we have on here), but for the most part it really seems to be working at getting the different fandoms to bond with one another instead of fighting.

And that's really wonderful, if you ask me.

I gotta be honest, I don't care for fandomstuck. I don't care for many franchises in this fandomstuck-thing. Heck, I mostly avoided this board when there was fandomstuck dumps. Nothing about this resonates and represents me personally as a fan of the series I do like.

But if it does make for a less shitty tumblr as Lettuce said, then it must be doing some good.

Hehe, Chocoboo, I actually blacklisted the fandomstuck tag on here. :P Best way to avoid getting annoyed by artdumps that are only tangentially homestuck related.
