No, the raptor face is shopped in as an homage to Raptor Jesus.

So are the strobe lights.

Jesus Camp is an amazing documentary. You may shake your head or get angry at some parts, but it is an interesting view of the really far right of Christian conservative America, George W.-era. I highly reconmmend watching it.
