He looks evil. Like you're watching a movie and then this guy comes in with a scene specifically written to show that he's evil.

And whats funny is that could almost be the truth. Im not sure he would really be that pale, unless we go with him actually having pure white skin.

Well I still like thinking of the Striders and Lalondes as albino. (Yes, I know albino eyes only get to a light pink, not red, and light blue is more common anyway.)

Though the "this dude just just evicted a hundred grandmothers to build a pollution-heavy factory to capitalize on a formula he cheated out of long-time scientist friend, and he's feeling pretty good about it" vibe more comes from the angle of the eyes & eyebrows and the grin than the complexion.
