To clear it up: Moon Over June is a romance about the lives of two women, one Canadian and in slightly disreputable occupation making her way in life. The other a woman who grew up in a someewhat misogynistic family and seeks freedom from their ideals.
That's what I got from the first four-five pages anyway.
