it's an edible cracker-like stick coated with a layer of sweet slurry (ranging from chocolate to green-tea flavoring). very common japanese snack item (served/shared between friends), and even more common snack item of weaboos (non-japanese fans of anime/manga who like to act japanese so much that they often incorporate the language into almost every thing they say - think like how some use Spanglish except not so coherent - and exhibit "NEET/Otaku"-like characteristics) everywhere. i blame the animes for the often near-fetishizing of this item (like how this pic does it).
