I was surprised to hear it in the Ministrife flash, since I expected it for some sort of fast-paced action-packed flash, but it fit the slowly accumulating chaos surprisingly well.
AHAHAHAHA! I remember people were speculating the meaning behind this cover art such as Vriska being behind the green sun or Vriska's is going to get super-charged by the green sun, some stuff like that. IIRC, Lexxy drew this image mainly for shits and giggles.
