Not to quibble about semantics, but... to quibble about semantics: nsfw=/=Porn. Porn is created for the central purpose of arousing the viewer. The Three Years nsfw stuff never struck me as existing for that purpose. It's more an exploration of the sexuality of the relationship.

That seems unnecessarily hostile towards people who like Homestuck, but are searching for specific content and know that Homestuck isn't in it (or isn't tagged in it). Having the tag would also make it easy to find works with few tags, which might need more. And besides, why does it bother you that there's a tag for Homestuck enough to ask for its removal, which would, I'm pretty sure, be a massive undertaking compared to just leaving it? It's a few seconds of typing, less of load time, and might add to the experience of some users.
