...uh, I thought the connection was that Eridan had a thing for science? Although I suppose it could be interpreted as him going for alien methods of romance. Which doesn't make a whole lot of sense in the context of desperation, since that automatically rules out any of your own species in favor of those of another, which basically brings your options to zero in terms of viability...

yeah i dont know, i just cant see the eridan<->Bill onnection, i guess its cause i like Bill Nye, not so much eridan.

To be fair, I think that not even Bill Nye could figure out charmrom.
