I'm not sure, though. Nothing in the Tumblr post's caption or tags suggests a crossover; John is just called "johndog". If Kanaya had a stitched mouth and huge bolts in her ears that'd be one thing but I'm not seeing sufficient evidence here. It's not like Franken Fran was the first property to come up with sticking a human head on a dog's body. Didn't some shitty brain alien movie from the nineties do that too? "Mars Attacks"?
