I'll show you how, it's easy.
(1) Go to the pool list and find the pool you're looking for.
(2) Figure out the pool's numerical ID. You can get that by clicking on the pool in question and seeing what number comes up at the end of the pool's URL, or else your browser might show you the URL when you just hover over the pool's name in the list. Inspirational Homestuck has the URL:
http://mspabooru.com/index.php?page=pool&s=show&id=113
so its ID is 113.
(3) Go to edit this picture's tags and add the tag "pool:113". Done.
