She's Death.
From Neil Gaiman's comic The Sandman. (as it is tagged)
The most awesome person you'll ever see.

^ So I wondered if she merits the <death> tag, even if she's not Death as he appears in MSPA. Surely they're both incarnations (excarnations?) of fundamentally the same character? If death wields a shape-shifting scythe, surely he/she can appear as both a robed skeleton and a cute goth chick?

I'd say no just because people looking for our board game fella wouldn't find him here.

Also, I recall Gaiman making some statement as to her uniqueness when being compared/questioned to the other forms of Death in the DC universe. Like, there are "reapers" and then there's her. She's the actual force of death in the universe. From flowers to supernovae.
(it's kinda the schtick of the comic, they aren't really people but cosmic forces that we see as this)

Is this eligible for the aradia pool even though it is a crossover?

Uh, yeah, I think so. Somebody added post #32589 to the John pool and that doesn't seem wrong to me. Characters from exteral franchises can surely be welcomed into the spotlight pools because it's not as if they'd ever get their own.
