His design is based mostly on his powers; his powers revolve around the future trails of people, so I interpreted him as a being perpetually existing in the past, and themed him around age and ancient things. Fin in the Tick-TockStuck universe is vastly different from the canon Fin, who was sane for the most part. This Fin is an unhinged beast who often borders on feral, a paranoid individual who is easily spooked and quickly brought to violent bloodlust under pressure. Although this makes him a double-edged sword for The Felt, his unique abilities are invaluable to The Felt, who can always use a hitman who can tear hits apart unseen from the past. In his more coherent phases, he can also run espionage missions against the Felt’s opposing gangs in town.
