Iunno I know there's one interpretation of signs that makes the dates pretty different. I assume they meant something like that.

I do know that in the Sidereal, tropical, and the newest 13-sign astrology charts the sign dates varies, but none of them show how Capricorn's dates are anywhere close or related to Gemini's dates.
