Hm the feathers are supposed to evoke Davesprite but it is rather fancy and suitable for a Prince.

Yeah I feel ya. Though mention of the posture made me look at his hands and they appear to be birdlike. I think this is supposed to be some sort of half humanized Davesprite actually.
