@Mr_Ruse unless these images came out before any official announcement of said glasses, which would mean happy-coincidence AKA apple cant do shit.

but lets be honest, Jobs is dead, chances of Apple coming out with anything other than a higher number on the box is slim to none (everytme i think of Apple Execs i think of the guys on the Board in Tron: Legacy, "so what did we change" "the number on the box")

But that's not how Apple works. If anyone shows Apple in any non-non-profit context without Apple getting money for it they will send so many lawyers up your ass your butt will qualify as a law school.
