We're going to skip to a different scene now, and when we go back to them they'll be dating. And then we'll skip away, and when we go back they'll both be describing their messy breakup to other characters.

I kinda liked the idea of an aromantic character in canon for reasons, so let's at least not poop on the premise and make a joke of it please.

Well, he said it in one of his tmper tantrums, the same one where he dissed Con Air, and he's gone back on that. So I don't think it will be significant.

I'm glad you don't think that, but maybe other people choose to think it will be. And that's perfectly fine. It's not really on the same level as liking or disliking a movie anyways... I'd really rather not with this line of thought though it's making me queasy.

^^ He didn't actually; he said that in a casual, friendly discussion about romance with Jade while playing the Ghostbusters II MMORPG on his 14th birthday. The temporary disillusionment with Con Air and overactive emotional outbursts happened on his 15th birthday, no doubt a response to the extreme cabin fever he was experiencing at the time. They're not related events.
