I remember we had a comment chain about this on another image and the name we settled on was "Muse Calliope" since she doesn't really have any reason to take Jake's surname as her own. And personally, if she did use someone else's name, she'd probably pick one of the girls, so "Muse Harley" or "Muse Lalonde" are much more likely picks in that event.
