Seriously it'd be a perfect ship name if Adventure Time were an obscure enough franchise that we'd be unlikely to get any crossover fanart. But there's a major overlap between the Homestuck and Adventure Time fandoms and you can see for yourself how much crossover art we're hosting on that front. So there's no question of repurposing the tag "adventure_time", even though it'd be SUCH a good ship name for these two.

Can tags be renamed? Adventure_Time(series) being the one that applies to crossover art? Or would all of that AT crossover art have to be re-tagged?

"pistolwhipped" is an elegant name by the general standard, though I do hear Snufflheim's qualms -- it's a pretty violent word. Let's keep that one as an option though.

Maybe... "whipperscrapper"? Because... Jake likes to get into scraps... in the sense meaning scuffles with his fists...? Oh god, that's no better than my old Jake/Aranea "whomping_widow", is it.

You know, if uppercase letters were a thing with tags then I would say "ruins_FOREVER" but the joke fades in all lowercase.

(^^^ P.S. Jester is right, a keyword isn't restricted to one use only. "whip" especially is quite a good, distinctive Aradia keyword and could definitely stand to be used again. It's just things like "dog" for Jade or "fish" for the mertrolls that we'd kinda like to pull back from.)

If I could play devil's advocate to our sudden propensity towards applying only ship names that have some sort of logic to the pairing they are applied to, I will remind everyone that our Davekat ship name is in reference to

"part of an urban area where there is a concentration of prostitution and sex-oriented businesses, such as sex shops, strip clubs, adult theaters, etc."

(I suppose??? violence is more of an issue than prostitution??? [???] and such but just thought I'd throw that out there)
