Thinking about it, since Arquiusprite talked to Fefeta like Equius never had the chance to apologize to her before...is this canon? Or did they just sort of..forget what happened in the dream bubbles when they came back?

I believe that only ingame deaths grant afterlife in dream bubbles so that wouldn't that sad - they are perfect moirail, the will be only tiny fraction of Equiuses - if any - would not embrace (okay, being embraced by) Nepeta.
