Geez, why are Meenah's hips so thin? Looks like she has anorexia or something.

Anorexia is a mental health issue. Someone of any body type could have it, so you can't really "look" anorexic. As someone with close friends who have eating disorders, I can tell you it's not pretty nor is it a good thing to joke about.
