This isn't rule63, that is a male Karkat, the artist just draws them with longer hair.

So male Karkat also wears lipstick and nail polish in this pic?

I'm not trying to be mean but it's cool that they depicted a male character thus. Given traditional gender roles/images, it's quite progressive.

You can see how the tagger got confused for the same reasons, though. Especially due to the chest line that could suggest femaleness.
