It's the young handmaiden, just look at the weapons and the outfit.

Aradia appears to be missing.

Yes, I thought the same thing. I'm gonna change the tag. (However, I'm receptive if anyone wants to advance the argument that since the artist probably THOUGHT that was an alt-timeline Aradia, the artist's intent matters more than the result.)
