So, random question not related to the ship, is there any explanation for why Nepeta's tail can move despite it being for all intents and purposes a cosplay tail? Did Hussie just do it for the lols? I figure that's probably the simplest explanation.

Most popular headcanon is it's some kind of cybernetic neural interface made by Equius.
(Slightly sadder hc based on that is that it's an extension of a prosthetic spine because Equius damaged her spine when he hugged her once.)
