Rose wants a kid.
But she is dumb and everyone else doesn't trust her with a kid.
But they agree that if Rose can successfully microwave a hotpocket, she can have a kid. Having proved that she is responsible.

The hotpocket in her arms is frozen inside btw.

"Initially this was based off the short fic about rose having lost it so bad she starts to imitate the microwave. The original punchline would be Roxy flipping her shit at Rose in desperation, Rose would seem to sober up for a moment before going Beep-Beep... DING But then I thought it would be interesting if it was implied that Rose snapped and Roxy basically gave her a softcore lobotomy with voidy powers that manifested as mental age regression (hence Rose thinking Roxy is Mom). Then I wasn't really sure where to take it and it ended up sitting in photoshop untouched for a few days"
