The right hand's pinky is badly done, it should stick at the same point as all other fingers instead of looking like a thumb, the figure looks like she's almost completly sideways but the chest is 3/4 and the hairstyle doesn't look like Nepeta, except that could be artist's choice.

I get a feeling it's not any of those, though.
