I'm so glad this was uploaded here to preserve one of the most funniest moments in Homestuck: the update that cause /co's/ Homestuck General to have a meltdown. I was there live when it happened, and I'm still laughing how much fury and ass pain that update caused.

Also if by "peas and carrots" you mean Dirk/Jake it didn't cause that much of an uproar comparatively probably because some folks at HSG were mostly okay with the pairing at the time(even now pbj is STILL hated there) and I think that pairing was built up as a gradual thing, whereas Tavros and Gamzee had only one convo up until that point and SURPRISE! at the end he wants to make out with Tavros.

HSG was so angry that they overlooked that Tavros didn't reciprocate. Even canon one-way PBJ was awful for that board.

Indeed. /a/'s reaction to the official announcement of Free! was incredible. Even more hilarious is that 2ch had similar reactions.

Trust me, I know all about the Free! reaction (I use MAL after all which is actually worse than /a/ in a lot of ways). Initially it was actually pretty disgusting, but now that the anime is doing pretty damn well and you can tell the mouth breathers are legitimately frightened, it's hilarious.


But this isn't probably the place to go on about Free! and my thoughts on the industry.
