I'd argue Vriska (she teeters), but yeah, those other two are spot-on. But Karkat is really off-base, Doc Scratch is neutral in name only, Sober Gamzee is more likely Chaotic Evil, and Bro doesn't have that much of a character to devise alignment.

I still think Gamzee's chaotic evil because he's only "good" when he's drunk on the sopor slime, so it's not really his true self. Also Gamzee abused Terezi and helped Lord English become a reality.
