Yes, artist clearly has a sound basis for believing Rose would be a bad mom. Everyone should be judged on their suitability as a parent by how they acted when they were 13. Never mind that every problem they mention in their tumblr post is something Rose has stopped doing since the time skip (besides teasing Dave).

i think its pretty funny myself, or at least interesting as a possibility of what rose as a parent could be like if she never got therapy and/or met roxy, an alternate version of her mom
