Not sure which sign language this is based on, but if it's ASL then there's actually a single hand gesture to represent "I love you". It's an acronymic combination of the letters for "I", "L", and "Y".

But then we wouldn't get to see this completely adorable sequence. The adorability of which is the real reason I'm bumping it, because awwwwwwwww.
