Tagging non_canon_design because of the horns... too nitpicky?

Pretty nitpicky and not really the point of the tag.

We'd have to tag every piece of art in which the artist completely forgot the horns as ncd, then what. Shirts without the zodiac symbol on them / drawn right? Pictures of roboarm Vriska with her wrong arm blown off accidentally? This is more just a (relatively minor) artist error where ncd is about art before a character or concept was properly introduced mainly (or a purposely completely alternate take which I feel needs to go a bit beyond one horn).

I seriously regret originally naming the tag non_canon_design.
fanon_design really would work better and have less mix ups like this.
