Best way this can end: PM takes Bec Noir's ring and hands it to WV, making him the Wastelandic Vindicator he was meant to be.

i do debate on whether wv (or even ar) should get the ring or just keep on pm for it, because it would be cool but there's a lotta reasons for why it wouldn't really work
but the biggest and most important reason to argue for it is: it would be really really cool and that is always the greatest reason for anything in storytelling
