@Anon #940, If that's true(since I don't got time to re-watch the flash to check). I think this is a reference to the mid-2000s when people used to overly edit images with one of those pop-up ad programs that had those crappy gifs you can overlap to make their image look "cooler". I could be easily wrong though, but that's what it looks like.
