Robo feet. In this AU he found her (or hurt her) with her legs hopelessly mangled. So he fixed them up and while she was convalescing he fell in love. But he's still Expatriate Darkleer, and so demanded that she stayed in his respiteblock, which she sort of had no say on the matter.

Incidentally, she's also the same person that Darkleer wasn't able to execute instead of Disciple. This was way, way before we actually got any canon on the matter. |3

Yeah I can tell due to how...different the handmaid is. But yes. Good. Just needed to know whether to tag or not.
