I think blond hair could work for some of the trolls. Personally I always envisioned the human Serkets as looking somewhat Egyptian. That's a perfect look for Meenah though.

You can humanize trolls however you want.

Humans don't all have black hair and humanization doesn't have to mean "make skin not grey, remove horns"
