It took me an embarassingly long time to notice that "tentacle therapist" was a playful mutation of "tentacle rapist." It took an equally long time to realize that "smuppet" was a portmanteau of "smut" and "puppet" (implying that a smuppet is a sex toy and Bro's clientele are fetishists).
