^If it were about accuracy with regards to the comic, we'd have to redo the whole tag to apply to nearly everything. And then we'd get on to very sketchy ground, trying to decide which fanarts deserved the tag and which didn't. No thanks.

Well it seems to be a mix of "matches my headcanon", "reality ensues", "is about Hussie or the fandom", and the simple catch-all "funny joke".
