I'm pretty sure that all of this stuff actually happened though. Or will at least be relavant to the plot. Hussie's not dumb enough to throw out three weeks of plot advancement this close to the end of the story.

There's bound to be something more than what we already have, but Trickster Mode has already left a sizeable impact. The Warhammer of Zillyhoo had been made, starting off its long history to John's ownership. Not only that, but Fefetasprite has exploded, sending two more dead trolls together in the afterlife. And depending on how ingrained the developments during Trickster stay, Dirk/Jake have officially broken up, which probably would have taken a lot longer to get to without Trickster Mode.
