I don't think Tavros is the only troll to ever have those horns. We've seen that horns aren't unique to each specific troll.

I don't know, we've already seen she is kinda mindfucked by the parent she had, not being able to have a healthy level of ANY quadrant. hence why she usually gets excessively violent, especially in her Blackroms, she is a blue-blood afterall.
