Why trickster modes of everyone but Roxy and John are messed up? I mean - we knew all alpha tricksters when Roxy came out(thanks to duedlyfirearms).

Because shelby's other designs weren't canon and no one had any reason to think they ever would be.

Shelby does did some sketches of the other tricksters for fun, basically, they were never a big 'this is canon now' sort of deal.
